오늘예산(CanSpend)은 사용자가 입력한 예산과 기록을 바탕으로 오늘 사용할 수 있는 금액을 계산하는 도구입니다. 은행·카드 잔액을 확인하거나 금융·세무·투자 자문을 제공하지 않습니다.
클라우드를 켜지 않은 데이터는 기기에만 저장됩니다. 기기 분실, 앱 삭제, 파일 손상에 대비해 사용자가 백업 파일을 안전하게 보관할 책임이 있습니다. 운영자는 사용자가 보관하지 않은 로컬 데이터를 복구할 수 없습니다.
Pro 사용자는 허용된 수의 카테고리를 클라우드에 백업하거나 공유할 수 있습니다. 공유 카테고리의 소유자는 참여자와 권한을 관리하며, 참여자는 허용된 범위에서 기록을 보거나 수정합니다. 공유한 정보는 해당 멤버에게 보일 수 있습니다. 서비스는 충돌 방지와 복구를 위해 이벤트와 스냅샷을 저장할 수 있습니다.
canspend.adfree.lifetime: 광고 제거 비소모성 구매canspend.pro.monthly: Pro 월간 자동 갱신 구독canspend.pro.yearly: Pro 연간 자동 갱신 구독결제, 갱신, 취소와 환불은 Apple App Store 계정 및 Apple 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 구독이 만료되면 약관과 앱 안내에 따라 일부 클라우드·공유 기능이 제한될 수 있으나 기기의 로컬 데이터는 계속 사용할 수 있습니다.
서비스 침해, 코드·복구 절차의 무단 추측, 다른 사용자의 정보 접근, 불법 콘텐츠 전송, 서비스에 과도한 부하를 주는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다. 보안과 서비스 보호를 위해 접근을 제한할 수 있습니다.
보안, 법령, 스토어 정책 또는 제품 개선을 위해 기능과 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 게시 페이지를 통해 알립니다. 네트워크, Apple, Google, Cloudflare 등 외부 서비스의 장애로 일부 기능이 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
사용자는 입력한 예산과 기록을 확인해야 합니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 운영자는 간접 손해, 기회 손실, 사용자가 보관하지 않은 로컬 데이터의 손실에 책임을 지지 않습니다. 소비자에게 보장되는 강행법상 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.
대한민국 법률을 따르며, 분쟁은 적용되는 소비자 보호법과 관할 규정에 따릅니다.

CanSpend calculates an available-today amount from budgets and records entered by the user. It is not a bank-balance service or financial, tax, or investment advice.
Data not enabled for cloud stays on the device. You are responsible for keeping exported backups. The operator cannot restore local data that was not backed up.
Pro users may back up or share categories within product limits. Owners manage members and permissions. Shared data may be visible to category members. Events and snapshots may be stored for synchronization, conflict handling, and recovery.
Products are Ad-Free Lifetime (canspend.adfree.lifetime), Pro Monthly (canspend.pro.monthly), and Pro Yearly (canspend.pro.yearly). Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds under App Store policies. Some cloud and sharing capabilities may be limited after a subscription expires, while local on-device data remains usable.
Do not attack the service, guess codes or recovery mechanisms without authorization, access another person's information, transmit unlawful material, or place excessive load on the service.
Features and these terms may change for security, law, store policies, or product improvement. External-service outages may temporarily interrupt features. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses or unbacked local-data loss. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to applicable consumer protections and jurisdiction rules.

今日の予算（CanSpend）は、利用者が入力した予算と記録から今日使える金額を計算するツールです。銀行残高の確認や金融・税務・投資助言ではありません。
クラウドを有効にしていないデータは端末内にのみ保存されます。書き出したバックアップを安全に保管する責任は利用者にあります。
Pro利用者は製品上限内でカテゴリをバックアップまたは共有できます。所有者がメンバーと権限を管理し、共有情報はカテゴリのメンバーに見える場合があります。同期・競合処理・復旧のためイベントとスナップショットを保存する場合があります。
商品は広告削除（canspend.adfree.lifetime）、Pro月額（canspend.pro.monthly）、Pro年額（canspend.pro.yearly）です。支払い、更新、解約、返金はAppleとApp Storeのポリシーに従います。購読終了後はクラウド・共有機能の一部が制限される場合がありますが、端末内データは引き続き利用できます。
サービスへの攻撃、コードや復旧手段の無断推測、他人の情報へのアクセス、違法コンテンツの送信、過度な負荷を禁止します。
セキュリティ、法令、ストア方針、改善のため機能や規約を変更する場合があります。外部サービスの障害で一時停止する場合があります。法令で認められる範囲で、間接損害やバックアップされていない端末内データの損失について責任を負いません。強行法規上の消費者の権利は制限されません。
